Admissions Info For The Hopkinsville College of the Bible:

Each individual applying for admission to HCB must have the following:

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2. High School Transcript - Students may submit an official copy of their high school transcript. Transcript should reflect theor class rank.
3. College Transcripts - Students who have attended college must submit an official transcript from each college previously attended.
4. Provide a statement certifying his/her relationship to the church.
5. Provide a written statement of endorsement from his or her Pastor.
6. All applicants must submit an application form obtained from the Registrar and pay a non-refundable fee of $25.00
7. Veterans - Vocational Rehab students with a physical disability may obtain assistance from either the school or the VA.
8. If student is eligible for VA benefits students should apply at least two(2) months prior to semester beginning.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal from the Hopkinsville College of the Bible: student must complete slip submitted by the Registrar's Office. Fees to be paid upon withdrawal, if applicable.

Dismissal Policy

Hopkinsville College of the Bible has never dismissed any students but reserve the right to do so at any time to place on probation or suspend for one semester. Those students dismissed for any reasons must have a written statement from President/Dean before submitting an application for reentry.

Transcripts

All students requesting transcripts must request in writing. The first transcript fee will be no charge; all additional transcripts issued will be charged of fee of $5.00.

Examinations

All students are required to take all exams on their assigned dates. Examinations may be made up with the instructor's approval.

Student Services

We have four classrooms, library with computers accessible to students, conference room and Chapel. We, also, have kitchen, spacious parking area, and a campus about 4 acres.
